What is your cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or change an appointment with at least a 24 hour notice will result in  a charge of 50% of the value of the service.  No-shows are charged full treatment value.  Packages and gift certificate cancellations and changes require full 24 hour notice to avoid charges. Check out our CANCELLATION POLICY for more details!
