Appointments:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check
in.  In order to enhance your spa experience, please silence all cell phones, and
please make arrangements for children.  In order to ensure you a peaceful,
serene environment, children are not permitted in the spa area or left unattended
in the reception area.  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse services
to anyone for the protection of our clients and staff. 

Due to our commitment to health and wellness, we at Thyme Day Spa and Salon offer services in an environment that is intentionally clean and sterile.  With that  in mind, we ask that you schedule  services only if you are in good health and fever free for at least 24 hours.  Because we are a “hands on” type business, we want to keep you healthy as well as our therapist.

Cancellation policy

Our spa services are guaranteed with a credit card.  Please notify us 24 hours
in advance should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel
or change an appointment with at least a 24 hour notice will result in  a charge
of 50% of the value of the service.    No shows are charged full treatment
value.  Packages and gift certificate cancellations and changes require full
24 hour notice to avoid charges. 

Gratuity:

A 15%-20% gratuity is customary and appreciated.
